Delivery Information

Every Dirty Rotten Law product is made especially for you after you place your order. Rather than holding large amounts of stock, we work with a trusted print and fulfilment partner to produce each item to order. This reduces waste and helps ensure your purchase is made especially for you.

Processing your order

Once your order has been received, it will normally enter production within one working day.

Most orders are printed, packed and dispatched within 2–5 working days, although this may take a little longer during particularly busy periods or around public holidays.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is normally made within the estimated times shown at checkout.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped, together with tracking details where these are available.

Shipping Costs

Delivery charges are calculated during checkout and are shown before you complete your purchase.

Where free delivery promotions are available, these will also be clearly displayed at checkout.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

Dirty Rotten Law currently sells only to customers within the United Kingdom. We have carefully selected products and variants that are normally fulfilled within the UK, helping to avoid customs duties and import charges.

Very occasionally, circumstances beyond our control—such as temporary stock shortages or changes in our fulfilment partner’s production network—may mean that an item is fulfilled from another location.

If this were ever to result in customs duties or import charges becoming payable, we would work with you to ensure that you are not left out of pocket as a result of our fulfilment arrangements.

If you have any questions before placing an order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Ordering more than one item

Some products are produced in different facilities or require different packaging. This means that, if you order several items together, they may occasionally arrive in separate parcels or on different days.

Don’t worry if only part of your order arrives initially — the remaining items are usually close behind.

Delivery delays

We always aim to dispatch orders promptly. However, delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including high seasonal demand, courier delays, severe weather or industrial action.

If your order appears to be unusually delayed, please contact us and we’ll be happy to investigate.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed and additional postage may be required before your order can be resent.
